Our youngest Dragons, at Pre-Prep level, are arguably the most creative and hopeful when it comes to tackling social and environmental impact challenges. Each academic year exposes them to fresh and inspiring activities to develop life-long skills that are essential as they journey through the Dragon, future schools and later life.
Their social awareness and understanding of environmental responsibility are at the forefront of their education. Projects include collection drives for local foodbanks and shelters, donations to national and global charities from School performances, involvement in global events such as Climate Action Day and the School micro-finance project raises thousands of pounds for charity as well as instilling independence and perseverance in our pupils.
The 17 Global Goals for Sustainable Development are central to how the pupils are introduced to new challenges, inspiring Philanthropists and charities; directly linking their ever-growing understanding of local, national and global issues with ways in which they can have a positive impact, even at such a young age.
