Tom HiddlestonDragon Sale Update

Sunshine and smiles greeted enthusiastic Sale goers on the last day of the 2012 Christmas term as Old Dragon, Tom Hiddleston (pictured right), opened the 69th Dragon Christmas Charity Sale. A record number of Dragon pupils threw themselves into raising much needed charitable funds for children and families. Ideas were as diverse as jelly eating contests, Secret Santas, human fruit machines and juke boxes, games, challenges and delicious Christmas treats galore. Alongside all the usual favourite stalls and entertainments a stunning and hugely generous selection of auction donations ensured that this truly was a Sale day to remember. In early March 2013 the 2012 Sale Trustees were delighted to announce that the Dragon Sale raised a total of £168,000, which in May 2013 was disbursed to a total of 92 charities locally, nationally and internationally.
