Help with Fees
– means-tested grants worth from 50%
to 100% of fees. Applications are invited for entry
to Year 4 for boarding or day places. The closing
date is usually the December before the proposed
year of entry.
Academic Awards
– have a maximum value of
50% of fees. Children joining in Years 4 to 7 can
apply before the closing date in February preceding
entry in september. Awards are offered to children
of significant promise in their academic, sporting
or cultural abilities.
Forces Discount
– for those in receipt of the
CeA, a discount of 20% of fees will apply if Dragon
boarding begins in Years 4 to 6.

Meet the Dragon
Prospective boarding parents are warmly invited
to regular ‘Meet the Dragon’ drinks receptions
in London. Recent venues have included The
Lansdowne Club, The Royal Society, The
Foundling Museum and the Royal Institution
of Chartered Surveyors. The evening includes
a musical performance by pupils and the
chance to meet staff and current parents.
The next reception will be hosted at
The Oriental Club on Thursday 6 November.

The Headmaster and his wife will be visiting
Hong Kong and Singapore in October 2014
and will be delighted to welcome prospective
boarding parents to drinks receptions. These
events provide an opportunity to learn more
about the school and meet local current

If you are considering the Dragon
for your child, you are warmly
encouraged to come and see

Open Mornings in the summer
and autumn for families to tour the
preparatory school with current
Dragon pupils, to see our Boarding
Houses, meet staff and to ask the
Headmaster questions.
