Boys and girls who join the Dragon in Year 7 benefit from the top of school experience in a large Prep school which allows them to develop confidence and leadership skills as well as enjoying a wealth of opportunities. Boarding in Years 7 & 8 is an ideal preparation for those going on to board at senior school. Children can choose to full board and enjoy busy and varied weekends with Dragon QUEST, sport fixtures and House activities or they may prefer the flexibility of weekly boarding or just stay for 2 or 3 nights a week as a day boarder. Our Senior Boarding Houses provide a home from home for boarders and House Parents liaise closely with families.

We offer bespoke support on moving to senior schools (our leavers go on to over 30 destination schools) and have a strong track record and excellent relationships with the top schools in the UK.
