Academic Awards

Up to 50% of fees

Academic Awards are made to candidates chosen on the basis of significant promise in their academic ability and are encouraged to contribute actively to the sporting and cultural life of the school.

Who is eligible?

Any child who will join the School in Year 4 to Year 7 may apply.

Who makes Academic Award decisions?

Children applying to the scheme will be assessed by Dragon staff who will make recommendations to the Headmaster, Registrar and Governing Body.

How are children selected?

Dragon staff will interview children and carry out academic ability tests. Reports from the child's current school will be requested.

How much is an Academic Award?

Awards of up to 50% of fees can be made.
