Harvest TimeSeptember and the start of term is a busy time for harvesting Dragon produce, particularly fruits from the many trees we have around site. Upper School pupils have been making plums and damsons into jams for the Dragon Sale and staff in the Common Room have been enjoying the different varieties of pears gathered over the last week. Quinces from the Headmaster’s garden have also been made into quince jelly – a preserve equally good on toast as well as with cheeses!
