Meet our Headmistress

Annie McNeile became Head of Lynams in April 2012 but originally joined the Dragon in 2006 as Head of E Block (Year 4). She was previously Head of Juniors at Bilton Grange School in Rugby and before that was a full time mum to her two children Simon and Amy. She is married to Hugo who also teaches at the Dragon. Together they ran School House boarding house for four years, looking after Year 7 and 8 boys. She loves working at the school and cherishes the wonderful mix of fun, play and academic rigour that the school creates for children of all ages. She relishes the opportunity to develop an environment in which a lifelong love of learning is instilled in the early stages of a child’s education, ensuring that their natural curiosity about the world is expanded and encouraged.
