Moving to the Dragon

The transition from Lynams to E Block (Year 4) is carefully planned. The Head of Year 4 and the Headmaster regularly visit Lynams and get to know the children. Other Year 4 staff visit more frequently in the Summer Term. All academic and pastoral information is exchanged.

Throughout the year there are a number of opportunities for the children and parents to familiarise with the main Prep School. These cover sporting fixtures, play rehearsals, performances, swimming and Sports Day. Parents have an evening gathering to meet the staff and to familiarise themselves with the Bardwell Road site.

The transition from Lynams to Bardwell Road is a natural progression.
