Childcare Vouchers

The Dragon has set up arrangements so that it will accept childcare vouchers in lieu of payment for boarding.

The School may already be registered with your employer’s provider but if not you should be able to assist in registering it. Current providers are:

Sodexo
Accor
Computer Share (formerly known as Busy Bees)
Care-4
Kids Unlimited
Fair Care

You must notify the Bursary in advance if you plan to use this scheme. Special bills will be required to show the boarding element separately where vouchers will be used in settlement and you should contact the Bursary to obtain these; the School’s normal admin charge of £20 each will apply. In addition the School will have to match voucher payment against allowable items only, though this part of the process should be transparent.

This arrangement will not vary the School’s normal terms and conditions for payment and arrangements should be made to ensure that the pupil’s account is cleared by the start of the term (irrespective of any subsequent childcare voucher credits to come through that term) to avoid any interest charge on outstanding amounts.

The continued availability of this scheme is at the whim of Government and may be withdrawn at any time.
